    • This is the story of "Baby M" who began exhibiting symptoms and signs consistent with an adverse reaction to vaccination within hours of being vaccinated with the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine. Baby M died 19 days later. Baby M was a healthy child at 15 months of age when given the vaccine. An extensive post mortem exam was conducted with the medical conclusion being that the CAUSE of the death *WAS* the vaccine. This report was written by the highly educated Dr Andrew Moulden BA, MA, MD, PhD on April 30, 2009.
